WAY SYNO STARTED … |

SYNO
was established as Syno Rubber Industries in
1968 by its founder Late Shri Ishwar Singh,
manufacturing quality rubber products for automobile
industries, sugar and fertilizer industries.
By the time single screw pump technology was
introduced in India in 1970 Syno had already
started manufacturing rubber stators for many
foreign brands. By its commitment to quality
rubber stators & dynamic market response
Syno scaled up its production. But still industries
in India had to import progressive cavity pumps
& were facing challenge of monopoly conditions
prevailing in country. With the motive of providing
high quality products at competitive price Syno
Pumps was established by Shri. Avtaar Singh
(Managing Director of Syno Group) in 1975 and
become the major force in PC pumps in the country.
In 1993 Spares India was created as a sister-in-concern
of Syno Pumps for manufacturing precision spare
parts, PC pumps for irrigation and domestic
needs. |

SYNO
Engineers has its workshop in Kanpur with facilities
for precision manufacturing Computerized Numerically
Controlled – (CNC) & Special Purpose
Machine – (SPM) and testing of products.
State of the art modern machine shop houses modern
machines for Rotor machining, Milling centers,
Center lathes, Radial drilling machines, vertical
boring machines, horizontal boring machines, shapers,
long thread milling machines etc.
We have our in-house polymer plant for manufacturing
of stators and have machines like Open roll mixing
mill, Hydraulic presses, Extruders etc. |

We
have our tool room to manufacture the complex
steel cores for the stators, jigs and fixtures
for better productivity levels and pattern shop
for making of wooden or aluminum patterns required
for casting purpose. |

Our
greatest asset is expertise in “application
engineering ” gained more then three decades
of experience in fluid engineering solutions to
over thousands of customers worldwide. Closely
working with the customers and the consultants,
the Company has designed pumps specifically to
meet the customer’s unique requirement.
Syno had specialized applications in Sugar Industries.
At present, Syno covers over 280 Sugar Mills in
India itself. Our other main fields are Ceramics
& Cement, Food, Leather Tanneries, Oil Mining
& Gas, and Irrigation etc. We are continuously
developing and expanding our market in allied
industries. |
